Student Initiatives in the Spotlight of University Leadership

Today, the Rector of the university, Hilola Umarova, held a meeting with the activists of the University Youth Union Primary Organization.

During the meeting, the students presented their plans for the upcoming academic year, the projects they intend to implement, and a range of proposals aimed at supporting university students, enhancing the professional potential of future teachers, and strengthening their leadership skills and social engagement.

The Rector carefully listened to each proposal, shared her views and recommendations, and engaged in an open dialogue with the students. She answered their questions and emphasized the university’s readiness to support promising and forward-looking initiatives.

At the conclusion of the meeting, specific tasks were identified for the practical implementation of several initiatives put forward by the students. Beginning with the new academic year, projects such as “Top-100 Start-up Young Educators,” “Summer Camp,” and “Teachers of the New Generation” will be launched. Additional measures will also be introduced to support students’ innovative ideas and start-up initiatives.

Where ideas are born, opportunities emerge. And where opportunities exist, transformation begins. This meeting will serve as a solid foundation for such meaningful change.
