2. HOW TO WIN?
Participants' results are evaluated based on 5 indicators using a 100-point system: (01 + 02 + 03 + 04 + 05).
The top 3 HEIs with the highest scores are recognized as winners.

3. HOW ARE 100 POINTS DISTRIBUTED?
01. Share of students who completed free courses on the platform (relative to all students in the HEI) — 30 points
02. Share of IT students with a foreign language certificate (B2 and above, valid) — 20 points
03. Share of IT teachers with a foreign language certificate — 15 points
04. Share of graduates employed in the IT sector (in the RTV system and IT Park residents) — 20 points
05. Winners of ICPC, President Tech Award, AI Hackathon, AI Award, Zulfiya Award — 15 points

4. POINTS INCREASE ALONG WITH THE SHARE (Based on scale)
• Percentages by indicators (5-25% | 26-55% | 56-75% | 76%+):
  - 01 Course completers: 5 | 10 | 20 | 30 points
  - 02 Students' language certificate: 5 | 10 | 15 | 20 points
  - 03 Teachers' language certificate: 3 | 5 | 10 | 15 points
  - 04 Graduate employment: 5 | 10 | 15 | 20 points
  - 05 Olympiads: ICPC regional stage — 5 points | ICPC final — 10 points | Winner — 15 points

5. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ACHIEVING HIGH RESULTS
1. Assist students in registering on aileaders.uz and completing 5 Coursera courses.
2. Prepare IT students and teachers for B2+ language certificates.
3. Employ IT graduates in their specialization.
4. Prepare teams for ICPC and AI competitions.
5. Ensure data authenticity.

Attention! 01 is the largest indicator. For 30 points, at least 76% of all students in the HEI must complete the courses.
Timeline: Results are calculated from the beginning of 2025 for each calendar year, and winners are announced in the first quarter of the following year.
