The National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan named after Nizami is one of the largest scientific and educational centers in our republic, with a rich history and established positive traditions.
The highly qualified scientific and pedagogical team of the university provides students with quality knowledge. Faculty have access to academic buildings, laboratories, an information resource center, an electronic library, an IT center, a printing house, a sports complex, a museum, training centers, and student dormitories.

Foundation of the institution
In 1935, an educational institution was established to train qualified pedagogical personnel. This was a crucial step in the development of pedagogical education in Uzbekistan. Initially, the institute trained teachers in core school subjects.
