The largest and most central building of the university. It houses the main lecture halls, departments, dean's offices, and academic-administrative rooms. This multi-story building serves as the main hub of daily academic life. Inside, there are modern classrooms, computer labs, and library sections.

The building housing the university's leadership and administrative apparatus. The rector, vice-rectors, finance department, HR department, and international relations center operate here. Student admissions and document processing are also conducted in this building. It features dedicated halls for official meetings and conferences.

A long residential building for students on the campus grounds. The multi-story building is equipped with all amenities — dormitory rooms, a cafeteria, laundry facilities, and recreation areas. Comfortable conditions are provided for students from other regions and international students. The building is located in a secured area with 24/7 security.

A specialized building for practical classes in natural sciences, physics, chemistry, and biology. Equipped with modern laboratory equipment, research rooms, and experimental laboratories. Graduate and doctoral students' scientific work is also conducted here. The IT and digital technology center is also located in this building.

A technical building serving the campus infrastructure. It houses engineering services, electrical supply, heating systems, and the general maintenance department. Equipment for campus grounds upkeep and repairs is stored here. The transport department and security service also operate from this building.

An additional academic building located near the campus sports areas. Evening classes, continuing education courses, and professional development sessions are held here. It has a small conference hall and seminar rooms. In the evenings, graduate and distance learning classes also take place in this building.

A modern mini football field with artificial turf. Designed for students and staff, it hosts inter-university competitions and internal tournaments. The field is enclosed with netting and equipped with a lighting system. Physical education practical classes are also conducted on this field.

A complex of multifunctional outdoor sports courts. Basketball, volleyball, and general physical education classes are held here. Equipped with modern surfacing and sports equipment. Students can freely use them during leisure time. The university's annual sports festivals and olympiads take place on these courts.
