Developing a linguistic dictionary of the Uzbek sign language and a dactyl alphabet based on its written form according to Uzbek grammar. This project holds significant linguistic and pedagogical importance for the deaf community of Uzbekistan. It aims to scientifically describe Uzbek Sign Language, standardize it, and adapt it to modern educational needs. Within the project, a systematic linguistic description of Uzbek Sign Language will be developed, including its lexical, grammatical, semantic, and syntactic features. A dactyl (finger) alphabet representing the written form of the sign language will also be created, along with unified standards for its use. As a practical outcome, the project will produce multimedia applications, electronic dictionaries, methodological manuals, and video lessons designed for audiological centers, special schools, higher education institutions, and interpreting services. These developments will facilitate the educational integration of individuals with hearing impairments, expand their communicative abilities, and enhance the level of inclusivity in society. Studying the archaeological monuments of the “Uchtepa Buloqmozor” complex for domestic and international tourism and transforming them into a museum under the “Blue Sky” theme. This project is aimed at developing Uzbekistan’s cultural heritage, historical monuments, and tourism potential. It involves the scientific study, conservation, and promotion of the “Uchtepa Buloqmozor” archaeological complex. The archaeological layers, findings, and historical stages of the site will be thoroughly examined to determine their scientific value. Based on the results of these studies, a concept will be developed for establishing an open-air museum - the “Blue Sky Museum” - on this site. The museum will not only preserve the archaeological heritage but will also present ancient culture and history to visitors in a vivid and interactive manner, forming new tourism routes and contributing to the region’s economic development. The project plays an important role in expanding both domestic and international tourism flows, ensuring modern protection of archaeological objects, and passing cultural heritage on to future generations.
