Recruitment Process for Tutors at Uzbek National Pedagogical University named after Nizami

In the process of recruiting tutors at the Uzbek National Pedagogical University named after Nizami, in accordance with Clause 17 of the Regulation approved by Annex 1 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 17, 2025, No. 656 "On approval of the Regulation on the procedure for organizing tutoring activities in higher education organizations", the following qualification requirements are set: Having a higher education degree (Bachelor's degree) (preference is given to individuals holding an academic degree and title); Not being deprived of the right to teach in accordance with legislation; Having a deep understanding of the methodology and practice of spiritual, educational, and developmental work, as well as pedagogical and psychological knowledge and experience; Possessing exemplary personal qualities, including being cultured, sociable, patriotic, and proactive; Possessing independent decision-making skills. Specialists who do not meet the requirements specified in Clause 17 of this Regulation shall not be appointed to the position of tutor. Note: Currently, there are no tutor job vacancies available at the university.
