Open dialogue

#Open_dialog A meeting on the topic "Rector and gifted female students" was organized at the National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan. At the beginning of the event, Hilola Umarova, Deputy Minister of Preschool and School Education for the Development of Teacher Education, Rector of the National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan, made a speech in which she focused on the opportunities created for women in our country, as well as on the reforms being implemented in the education system. The achievements of the girls in science, innovation, startup projects, international competitions and Olympiads were also highlighted. During the open dialogue, the gifted students shared their scientific research, ongoing projects, plans for the future, and suggestions. In particular, the following initiatives were put forward by the participants:: Establishment of an "Ecological Laboratory" at the University; Opening of the sports school "Oysuluv Toshtemirova" — champions among female students; Launching the Mentor–Teacher project; ➖ organization of the "Forum of Women Leaders". In addition, there was an active exchange of views on improving the quality of education, creating additional opportunities for scientific research and expanding programs aimed at developing the leadership potential of young people.
