1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the official website of the National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan named after Nizami (hereinafter referred to as the "University" or "NPUU", and the "Site").

By using the Site, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

The University reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the Site.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials published on the Site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, video and audio materials, software and other content, are the intellectual property of the University and are protected by copyright in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Use of Site materials is permitted solely for personal, non-commercial purposes with mandatory reference to the source. Copying, distributing or modifying materials for commercial purposes without written consent of the University is prohibited.

3. User Obligations

By using the Site, you agree to comply with the following rules:

  • Use the Site exclusively for lawful purposes;
  • Not provide false or misleading information;
  • Not attempt to breach the security of the Site;
  • Respect the rights of other users;
  • Not distribute spam, malware or other unwanted content;
  • Follow the instructions of the Site administration.

The University processes and protects users' personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes related to these Terms are resolved primarily through negotiations. If no agreement is reached through negotiations, disputes are resolved in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
