The Council of the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Work at Uzbekistan National Pedagogic University named after Nizami (hereinafter referred to as the Council) was established to fulfill the tasks defined by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education", the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-4307 dated May 3, 2019 "On additional measures to increase the efficiency of spiritual and educational work", Protocol No. 3 of the video-selector meeting of the Republican Council for Spirituality and Enlightenment held under the chairmanship of the President on January 19, 2021, and the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-73 dated April 28, 2025 "On measures to further improve the system of training pedagogical cadres", as well as to enhance the impact of spiritual and educational work at the university, effectively combat internal and external threats and risks in the spiritual and educational sphere, closely assist student youth in strengthening their ideological immunity, and coordinate the spiritual, educational, and creative work carried out by the university administration (rectorate), public organizations, faculties, and departments.
